We believe customers are the backbone to any business so if you’re not happy, we will do everything we can to make it right!

  • FRESH FLORALS - Due to their perishable nature we DO NOT allow returns/refunds.

  • DRIED FLORALS - If you’re not happy with your dried floral or lifestyle product purchase, you must contact Rhett & Roone within 24 hours of delivery and submit a photo of the product. From there, Rhett & Roone will use their discretion on how to make it right.

  • DELIVERY + SHIPPING - Once flowers leave the store premises, Rhett & Roone is no longer responsible for damages or mishandling that may occur. This includes cold weather / overheating if the recipient is unable to bring the flowers inside at the time of delivery. We always make our best efforts to place the flower delivery in a protected area and will notify the recipient of the delivery if no one is home to receive them.
